Simulation and optimization of mining-separating-backfilling integrated coal mine production logistics system

چکیده
As a new collaborative mining technology, the integration of mining-separating-backfilling (IMSB) enables coal industry to realize safe, efficient, and green resources at expense making underground mine production more complex. In mining, primary problem is eliminate logistics system bottleneck increase output. The key synergetic that capacity fully mechanized face should match raw separating gangue backfilling capacities. Considering with IMSB in Henan Province, AnyLogic simulation software was used simulate optimize based on generalized stochastic Petri net (GSPN). main results show that: (1) this deep matches its capacity, can almost meet demand for after mining; (2) belt conveyors 1 6 are transportation bottlenecks increasing mine, lifting shaft insufficient; (3) optimization, clean output increased by 3087 t monthly. This research promotes serve as reference optimization similar systems.
